I recently ordered some “Drum Rhythm Sticks” and a “Mini Finger Drum Kit” from Gifts Australia. I had seen the drum sticks on there a couple of weeks before and wanted to buy them for someone for Christmas, but when I went back they were out of stock! I contacted support with a vague description of what I wanted and a very nice staffer named Rihanna got back to me the next day to let me know they were getting more in. She said she’d contact me again when they were in stock and a couple of days later I got another email from her letting me know they were available.

Awesome customer service from Gifts Australia! My order arrived within a couple of days (low shipping of only $9.95), in FREE Christmas gift wrapping, in a big secure box with lots of paper packing. Overall I give Gifts Australia 10/10 for price, product range, customer service and delivery.
