Acme Made Designer Slim Laptop Bag - Bloom Chocolate So often laptop bags are plain and boring, or too sporty with too many extra pockets and attachments and zips and pouches and … you get the idea. Luckily things are changing, with some really cute, funky and beautiful bags now out there. One such laptop bag is the Designer Slim from Acme Made. It has a streamlined design; it pretty much just fits your laptop with 1 extra pocket on the outside where you could squeeze in a few accessories. It is not meant to be a bag to carry everything and anything, simply the basics.

The laptop compartment itself is constructed of closed cell foam padding and hi-impact plastic inserts on 5 sides, so you laptop is well protected. 3 sizes are available (small, medium and large) to fit most laptops including the Apple MacBook, Sony Vaio, HP Presario, IBM Thinkpad, Acer Travelmate, Dell Inspiron, Toshiba Satellite and Asus laptops. The Large size will accommodate a MacBook Pro 17″, but if you have a different 17″ laptop make sure you check the dimensions below.

For easy carrying the Designer Slim has leather wrapped handles or a removable shoulder strap. The slim design also means that it can be inserted into another bag easily.

But the big feature is the designer textiles. Not only are they stain-resistant and highly water-resistant, they also come in some really great colours and patterns. My favourite design is the Bloom Chocolate (see top picture). It’s a really beautiful and stylish pattern. Some of the other designs are a bit funkier (see below).
